WATER HEADER TANKS

All Bailey alloy header tanks are designed as direct replacements for the original, with no special tools

or hoses required, making them a true fit-it-yourself product. They are fabricated from the best quality

aluminium which is highly polished to a mirror-like finish and are now supplied with a high pressure

cap (1.3bar) included in the price. Here are some of the many benefits:-

HIGH STRENGTH - Standard plastic tanks can crack or split with age (especially on high powered turbocharged cars running lots of boost!) but a Bailey tank is indestructible, even on our own 500+ BHP race cars.

CONSTANT PRESSURE - By using our 1.3 Bar (19psi) cap, you are raising the pressure within your cooling system which effectively raises the boiling point of the water, keeping your car cooler for longer.

COOL LOOKS, THAT LAST - Never has a simple water tank looked this good. Our tanks are used on many show winning and magazine feature cars and if regularly poilshed will probably outlast your car!

KEEPING LEVEL - Some vehicles have a water level sensor fitted as standard and our tanks allow the standard sensor to be re-used.
